APPROPRIATE EFFORT...

It is a very common experience for we all that we face failures in various domains of our lives like education, profession / business, family, society etc.. Most of us , luckily , overcome these failures with appropriate efforts and live with satisfaction. However , there are people who are unable to manage their negative emotions aroused due to their failures and indulge in deviant behaviours like depression, anxiety, arrogance, loneliness etc. as the consequences. These conditions further deprive them from appropriate efforts to deal with such trying situations which further complicates deteriorating mental state establishing a vicious cycle. The remedy is very simple . We need to understand that we all must effort to bounce back when we are stressed due to our failures. Let us understand with a simple example of falling down on the ground. We cannot get up after falling down without the efforts to get up. At times we may need help of others for getting up . Similarly, we may seek emotional and social support when we are not able to manage our negativity towards self or others or toward our environment alone to bring out resilient outcomes.
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of adopting appropriate stress coping strategy when you face failures. I am sure you will enjoy a successful life with deep satisfaction.
Enjoy days always ahead by getting up with appropriate efforts whenever you fall down.
